Directors Keketso Makara Tlali Phoofolo

Mr. Tlali Phoofolo holds double major degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from The National University of Lesotho obtained in 1999. Upon completion of degree he got a job from Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) as a Trainee Analyst Programmer in January 2000. Since joining LHDA, he showed a create interest in innovative corporate technology solutions, dealing with databases and systems development. He concentrated on in house solutions rather than maintenance of purchased enterprise solutions such as SAP which were used in LHDA. He started development of new systems in the fields of Human Resource and Environment Branches.   Due to hard work and excellence at work, a year later in 2001 he was promoted to the position of Analyst Programmer, then in 2003 to the position of Senior Analyst Programmer. While in this position, he designed systems and automated many processes that brought a lot of cost efficiency, integrity and time saving into daily operations.   He developed Compensation Management System for management of payments and determination of payouts to the communities affected by the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. He introduced Human Resources Management System for management of staff employment data, contracts data, leave administration and maintenance of remuneration system. He even severed as member of LHDA remuneration committee. He automated Corporate Business Planning and Monitoring System. He developed Web Budget System. Mr. Phoofolo has learnt to master the art of interactive web solutions, therefore introduced interactive online web services from corporate Intranet. Intranet became a mouthpiece and service provider for the corporate. Services such as telephone bill, leave administration, employment contracts management, budgeting system, computation of terminal benefits and so on were all self-services.   This man has done a lot with tools such as MS SQL Server 7.0, MS Access, Visual Basic 6.0, SAP R/3 ABAP Workbench, VB .Net, Visual InterDev, Active Server Pages, Web Technology, Crystal Reports, and so on for about 5 years now.   Mr. Phoofolo has his own principles, one of them is Information Technology can only be the best alternative if it is Affordable, Cost efficient, Easy to use and Time saving.
