Support and Help Desk Affortech can operate as Information Technology
department for local businesses or organizations that do not have need or
cannot afford full-time paid IT staff. Like an internal IT organization,
we can design, build, and maintain the software and hardware needs of your
company. We can perform service and maintenance of hardware or
network problems. Also, we offer hardware maintenance contracts that cover
any hardware failure or malfunction for a set fee. The work and equipment
necessary to fix the problem are covered by the agreement.
For software support, Affortech provides both
telephone and Internet Helpdesk for the small to medium size
organizations. Our Helpdesk allows various individuals within the
organization to seek support on standard software packages and predefined
specialized software. We can fix problems whilst demonstrating a solution
to minimize recurrence of same problem. We can also track problems and
recommend training for staff and/or changes to the software packages
offered. Hardware Service and
Repairs We offer service both onsite and at our offices.
Service is available during regular business hours, or we are able to
arrange service at other times by appointment. We will service and repair
all makes and models of computer equipment and custom built
computers. Affortech’s technicians possess over 5 years
experience in computer equipment servicing and repairs and have expertise
in various computer equipment makes and
models. |
